Kahipuanani Brooks-Richards

Kahipuanani Brooks-Richards was born in Hilo and has enjoyed over 25 years of experiences working in Hawaiian education and community support services. Utilizing her Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on culturally appropriate nonprofit management, Kahipuanani also helps grassroots organizations build capacity and thrive. She has been the director of Native Nations Education Foundation for 20 years where she has successfully managed and implemented many federal, state, county and private foundation grants.
