Wai Ola cultivates and elevates the rich traditions of Native Hawaiians through a commitment to cultural education, artistic excellence, and the perpetuation of practices that reflect the values, stories, and wisdom of the kanaka ʻōiwi. By nurturing a deep connection to ancestral knowledge, supporting creative expression, and advancing community-based learning, Wai Ola empowers individuals and communities alike. Our purpose is to foster a thriving, resilient, and interconnected Hawaiʻi — one where ʻike kūpuna (ancestral knowledge) informs the present and inspires future generations to live with purpose, pride, and aloha.
